Aerobic & Endurance
AEROBIC EXERCISE
Aerobic means requiring air (oxygen) Aerobic exercises or “cardio” can help you open up your cardio vascular system. Cardio helps you obtain a better quality of life, if you are breathing heavy to climb a simple flight of steps (6-12 steps) then you need to do more cardio. Start your Aerobic exercise with something that you like: Walking, biking, running, swimming, rollerblading and hiking are all cardio exercises. For basic overall health you should do cardio at least 2-4 times a week for 30mins, if you’re doing it for weight loss you want to increase you duration and amount of days. The body gets bored easily my suggestion is after you are comfortable with your aerobic exercises, look at your other options for cardio. If your are lost contact me.
ENDURANCE
Physical endurance is doing an aerobic activity like running, swimming or biking for a long period of time. Your intensity can be low or high for miles or hours. Endurance activities increases your heart rate and your breathing. When testing your endurance for workout purposes do a warmup before and a cool down after (for example walking) you should also stretch while your muscles are still warm to prevent injuries.
