Personal Training
When working with me you will learn to work with your body correctly and efficiently. Personal training is unique for every client; I will put you through a physical assessment (Consult your health care provider before entering any workout program). Together we will work on a plan that is right for you. Plans will include but will not limited to; core training, rehabilitation, weight loss, weight and muscle gain, plyometrics, balance and coordination just to name a few. Not only will you feel better after workouts, but you will improve your body composition, reduce stress, decrease your risk of disease and health complications .You will increase your energy level and have a better outlook on life and your health.
